Our consultants work directly with client teams on technology, delivery, and people challenges—often more than one in the same engagement. You'll be close to the problem, close to the people affected by it, and accountable for what you commit to.
Gate 67 Consulting also operates Winning 1-on-1s™, AI-guided software for manager meetings, so some of our work is product work as well as client work.

What We Look For
Experience, judgment, and plain talk.
We're a small firm, so being straight about the fit saves everyone time. Here's what tends to matter most.
- Real experience you can point to. Our team brings actual experience in technology, delivery, and people—not generic consulting frameworks. We staff engagements with people who have done the work before.
- Comfort with unfinished problems. Engagements start where the client is, which is rarely tidy. Progress usually comes from asking better questions before proposing an answer.
- Communication that lands with anyone. You may explain the same decision to an executive and to the people who will use the system, in the same week.
- Ownership without hand-holding. Small teams mean visible work. We look for people who raise issues early and follow through on what they said they'd do.
We don't always have a role posted.
Openings follow the client work in front of us, so timing varies. We're based in St. Louis, MO and serve clients nationwide. If your background fits how we work, send it along and we'll review it.
